1、產(chǎn)品量程選擇：
為了使產(chǎn)品精度、壽命、穩(wěn)定性等功能達(dá)到最佳效果，產(chǎn)品的量程選擇參照以下公式計算：
量程 = 系統(tǒng)最大壓力 X （1.2-1.5）倍；
產(chǎn)品的實際測量壓力范圍，應(yīng)該在量程范圍的15%-80%；

2、產(chǎn)品供電及輸出：
供電范圍的選擇按產(chǎn)品的個輸出規(guī)格確定：

產(chǎn)品供電請對照產(chǎn)品合格證及使用說明，不同的輸出方式，供電電壓不同；
嚴(yán)禁使用硬物（如：螺絲刀、手指、鐵釘?shù)龋┤ナ沟脡盒倔w受壓力測量輸出；
電源和信號線按訂購產(chǎn)品規(guī)格要求，正確接線；
產(chǎn)品安裝及使用時，保護(hù)好電纜導(dǎo)氣管，電纜的導(dǎo)氣管嚴(yán)禁進(jìn)水或堵塞；
嚴(yán)禁被測系統(tǒng)的介質(zhì)溫度、壓力量程、激勵電壓超過變送器的額定使用范圍；
注意保護(hù)變送器引出電纜，現(xiàn)場使用跨度過大時，建議使用金屬管保護(hù)或架空；
測量水井，地下水、河流、水庫等水位時，注意傳感器的投入位置避開淤泥高度；
大量程水位產(chǎn)品，電纜線長度超過30米時，液位變器不可直接用電纜受拉力；

Precautions for PT500-601 input liquid level transmitter
