1、產(chǎn)品量程選擇：
為了使產(chǎn)品精度、壽命、穩(wěn)定性等功能達到最佳效果，產(chǎn)品的量程選擇參照以下公式計算：
量程 = 系統(tǒng)最大溫度 X （1.2-1.5）倍；
產(chǎn)品的實際測量壓力范圍，應該在量程范圍的15%-80%；

2、產(chǎn)品輸出/精度等級/供電方式：

PT100S數(shù)顯溫度變送器使用注意事項

安裝使用請，核對產(chǎn)品標牌及合格證相關參數(shù)與使用工況是否相符合；
熱電阻/熱電偶安裝時，其插入深度不小于熱電阻保護管外徑的8倍～10倍；
盡可能使熱電阻/熱電偶受熱部分增長；
熱電阻/熱電偶盡可能垂直安裝，以防在高溫下彎曲變形。
熱電阻/熱電偶使用中為了減小誤差，應盡量使保護套管表面和被測介質溫度接近；
產(chǎn)品安裝時，受力部位為“過程連接六方扳手位”，扳手規(guī)格與六方相對應；
嚴禁被測系統(tǒng)的介質溫度、壓力量程、激勵電壓超過變送器的額定使用范圍；
注意保護傳感器/變送器電纜線或補償導線；

盡量避免直接接近引起干擾的用戶裝置或電器；
